When will I receive tracking information after placing an order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email. The email will contain the tracking number and a tracking link.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. The email sender is: support@deolax.com.

The shipping services we use are:

  2. YunExpress → Example tracking number: YT123456789...

You can find the tracking number in your order confirmation email or on the order page.

I already have the tracking number, how can I track my package?
