Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most merchandise. 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period starts on the date our tracking shows delivered.

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Please contact us at support@deolax.com.

*Other merchandise, such as gift cards, and accessories are not eligible for returns.

What is your return shipping process?

1. Contact us about your return within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, contact us at support@deolax.com. Please provide the following information:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return (Wrong item sent, obvious damage occurred, etc.)

2. Receive a response from our customer service team within 24 to 48 hours.

You will receive a response about your refund request and the next steps from our customer service team within 48 hours.

3. Ship your merchandise back to us.

Please note that your returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Accessories, and gift cards, accessories,  are not eligible for returns.

4. Inspect/approve your returned merchandise and refund initiated.

We will inspect the return and initiate a refund within 2 to 3 days of arriving at our warehouse. A refund confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please note that refunds take 2 to 14 days to reflect in your bank account. This time depends on the policies of your financial institution.

Notes about lost returns:

  • If we do not receive your return merchandise, we will not be able to process your refund unless you can show proof of shipment and receipt via the label's tracking number. If you believe your package has been lost, please file a claim with the carrier before we can process your return.

What is your policy on return shipping?

If you received damaged, incorrect, or defective merchandise, please let us know.

What merchandise is eligible for returns?

We accept most merchandise for returns. They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with their original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, accessories are not eligible for returns.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us with your order number, item description, and a photo of the defect.

How will I be refunded?

If your refund is approved, we will return the money to your original form of payment. No exceptions.

Refunds take anywhere between 2 to 14 days to return to your account. This time depends on your financial institution. If you do not see a refund after 14 days, please contact your financial institution.

Can I ship the items on my own?

Please contact us at support@deolax.com, we will provide the correct address to ship it back to. You will be responsible for these shipping fees. Please send the tracking number to us via email. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries for these types of returns.

Please double-check all return packages for non-Deolax merchandise as we are not responsible for shipping these back to you.

What is your size and/or style exchange policy?
